The things people ask

• How do I make a film? Pick a departure and a destination, and it plays. + adds a stop in between or a further destination, up to eight. A route may come back to where it has been.
• Why does it ask me to sign in? Only to keep things: exporting a film, saving a look, starring a stop. Building a route, playing it and restyling it work signed out. Sign in with Apple, with Google or with an email link; there is no password.
• Where does the film go? On iPhone it renders on the phone and is saved to Photos; nothing is uploaded. In the browser it renders on our server and stays behind an unguessable link for about a week, then it is deleted.
• Can I delete my account? Yes: Account → Delete account, in the app and in the studio. It takes the films, routes, looks and stops with it.
• The film would not render. Send us the route — the codes are enough, IST-LHR — and roughly when. We can look the job up.

The films you make are yours; Sky İnk claims nothing in them. What Sky İnk keeps about you is on the privacy page; the work it is built on is credited on the About page.
